How do I choose the right dress size?
Please check the size information on each product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, fit, length, or style, please contact us at contact@ziba-fashion.shop and we will do our best to help.
Are dress colours exactly the same as the photos?
We try to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device display.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship online orders to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
At this stage, we do not offer shipping to countries outside these locations unless stated otherwise on our website.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for eligible online orders to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The shipping cost will be shown as free at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
New Zealand: Standard shipping is estimated to take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: Standard shipping is estimated to take 5–9 business days after dispatch.
United States: Standard shipping is estimated to take 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, delivery may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Can I collect my order in store?
Where available, you may be able to collect your online order from our store in Henderson, Auckland.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
How do I track my order?
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you by email or SMS after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Ziba Fashion does not store your full payment card details on our own systems.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

What items cannot be returned for change of mind?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for earrings, jewellery for pierced areas, hair accessories, hosiery, undergarments, intimate apparel, gift cards, items marked as final sale, or items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or marked with perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other stains.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

When will I receive my refund?
