Shipping Locations
We currently ship online orders to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
At this stage, we do not offer shipping to countries outside these locations unless stated otherwise on our website.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed during our normal business days. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside operating hours may be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or courier delays, processing times may be longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping for eligible online orders to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The shipping cost will be shown as free at checkout before you complete your order.
Free shipping applies only to eligible delivery addresses in the countries we currently ship to.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
New Zealand: Standard shipping is estimated to take 3–7 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: Standard shipping is estimated to take 5–9 business days after dispatch.
United States: Standard shipping is estimated to take 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside New Zealand, delivery may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Ziba Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import requirements.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order.
Ziba Fashion is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or parcels delivered to the wrong address if incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ziba-fashion.shop. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Missed, Delayed, or Failed Deliveries
If your delivery is missed or delayed, please check your tracking information first or contact the courier directly where tracking details are provided.

Ziba Fashion is not responsible for courier or customs delays that are outside our control, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ziba-fashion.shop.
Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damaged packaging or items where applicable.
We will review the issue and work with the courier where needed to help resolve the matter.
Authority to Leave
If you choose an authority-to-leave option or provide delivery instructions allowing the courier to leave your parcel unattended, you accept the risk of loss, theft, or damage after the parcel has been delivered according to those instructions.
Incorrect or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, non-collection, refusal of delivery, or customs issue, we may contact you to arrange redelivery where possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery unless the issue was caused by Ziba Fashion or the courier.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, delivery location, courier availability, customs rules, or other practical limitations.
If we are unable to ship an item to your address, we will contact you to discuss available options.
