Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible and meets our return conditions.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Returned items must have all original tags attached.

Returned items should be in their original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for earrings, jewellery for pierced areas, hair accessories, hosiery, undergarments, intimate apparel, gift cards, items marked as final sale, or items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or marked with perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other stains.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or item, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@ziba-fashion.shop with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ziba-fashion.shop.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

New Zealand customers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original Shipping Costs

Ziba Fashion currently offers free standard shipping for eligible online orders to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

If any paid shipping service is offered in the future, shipping fees may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law or unless we made an error with your order.

Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sale items may still be eligible for a remedy if they are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
